Tubular Talks is a new joint venture between NephJC and GlomCon, which aims to cover nephrology relevant topics in medicine, science, liberal arts, and healthcare policy.

Our goal is to facilitate the dissemination of medical knowledge across conventional boundaries and without restrictions.

The framework of our Tubular Talks Series is that of a Webinar. Viewers can join for free through desktop or smartphone and are encouraged to actively participate in the discussion through video, voice, or live chat.

How to attend:

Few minutes prior to the start of Webinar, go to www.zoom.us or use your desktop, laptop, smartphone’s ZOOM app and select to Join A Meeting (iPad etc work too).

Enter the following Meeting ID: 281-709-819

When Joining, please use your full name and Institution’s abbreviation, so we can create a community of people who get to know each other.

Alternatively you can use your institution’s ‘Polycom’ system by dialing the IP address: (US West) (US East) (Europe)
And entering the Meeting ID: 281-709-819

When you enter the meeting, you will be muted by default. To speak up, you will need to un-mute yourself by clicking on the microphone sign or within your audio options.

You may also call by phone. However, you will be able to only listen but not talk (e.g. dial in and use the telephone speaker in case your computer has no speakers).
